 Little Muheji School derives its competence and capability from a pool of motivated, talented, experienced and qualified staff. Currently there are 100 members of staff. We take great pride in our ability to deliver consistent professional services and place highly professional individuals in our team. This is borne out of our strong belief that only exceptional people can offer exceptional services to clients. Our internal culture encourages and supports our staff and children to excel to levels

Board Members and profiles of the Chairperson and Secretary
The major role of the Board is to provide overall policy Direction and guidance for the school, resource mobolisation, approves and vet school programs. The ten member Board is drawn from men and women of repute representing diverse professions, with representation from the government, parents, community members and staff.


Board Members
Little Muheii School was set up by development oriented Ugandans having realized the dare need to provide relevant, quality, efficient and effective Kindergarten, Primary education and daycare services in the suburbs of Wakiso. The School is governed by a five member Board that has continued to provide overall policy direction and guidance to the school, mobilizing resource, upholding the school image, vetting and approving school programs. The Board is drawn from men and women of repute representing diverse professions and interests. The technical operations of the school are guided a team of School Management Committee. The day to day operations of the school are run by a Headmistress, who heads a team of other workers. The following are the current Board members.

Jotham Mubangizi; Bstat, DPPM, MAEPP, Fellow MAkSPH/CDC. Jotham is a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation practitioner with wide experience in development work, having worked with number agencies including the United Nations, Catholic Relief Services, World Bank/Rockefeller foundation, government, Makerere University and AIDS Information Centre. Jotham is Charter member for the Nansana Rotary club and has authored and presented a number of scientific papers at national and International fora and is also a member of collaborative studies. Jotham brings wide expertise, experience, networking, exposure, extreme love for children and above all service above self to the Board.
Mwine Karabezire Stephen Dip Educ, BSC. EDuc. Stephen has moved through all the Ladders of education institutions, having started from the lowest to the degree level. Over the last 20 years, he has taught, led and championed students to succeed in their carriers, he is currently teaching at Ntale School and in charge of School farm.
 Kitimbo Alice, Dip Educ. Alice the renowned child specialist has taught, loved, natured and produced respectable citizens in the Country during her over 20 years of hands on practice. The Board is surely blessed to have Alice, who has continued to advocate for quality learning, Music Dance and Drama, in her words—learning outside the class environment.

Joy Musiime BAEduc and post graduate in Education Management. Joy is a mother and a seasoned Educationalist, having taught and headed a number of secondary schools in the Country. She brings on Board wide experience on handling staff, spiritual and religious perspective and above all love, Joy and Care for the pupils.  Teacher mummy popular referred to is currently the Resident Director LMIS.

Asiimwe Richard, UDBS, BSc, MSC ACCA. Richard is a professional accountant and lecturer. He has taught and continues to teach in number of Universities in the Country including Uganda Christian University Mukono, Kyambogo, and Cavendish University. He brings on board broader higher level education perspective and he is in charge of finance and resource mobilisation.
