ADMISSION PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS

 

Admission:

1.         Those joining Baby class qualify if aged 3 years and above, and only pay an admission fee of UGX40,000.

2.         Those joining Middle Class to P.6 are required to pass LIMS Entry Examinations; the exams cost UGX 20,000 that must be paid before sitting the exams.

3.         If a child passes the exams in (2) above, then the child is eligible for admission and thus pays an admission fee of UGX 40,000.

4.         All pupils from Middle class to P.6 are assessed on Holiday, Beginning of Term, Midterm, and End of Term Exams, thus any new child admitted must buy the School Holiday Package at UGX 5,000 and return the completed and signed work at beginning of the term.

5.         Any newly admitted child will receive:

a)            an admission letter

b)            a copy of school rules

c)            a school calendar

d)           a paid copy of holiday package

e)            Bank slip – the fees/all dues must be paid within 14 days and before the reporting date for a child to be assigned a stream or else your place will be given to those on waiting in list.

6.         School requirements

·               Shoes, a pair of black shoes and white canvas, school bag, Hankie, 2 passport photos for child, one passport photo for each parent/guardian, copy of birth certificate.

·               School uniform: The school Uniform is sold at School Canteen, and includes the Uniform, Sports Wear, Sweater, pair of Stockings.  It’s important, that all children’s properties are marked.

7.         Swimming is optional, swimming lessons are conducted every Friday, and parents pay UGX 40,000 per term.

8.         One ream of Rota-trim paper:  Each child in baby class is required to bring one ream of paper a year.  While those from Middle to P.7 bring one ream of Rota-trim per term.

9.         Payment terms:  Payments are strictly by Centenary and or Equity Bank i.e pay “Little Muheji School” alternatively you can pick a bank slip from school, or by MTN CODE.

All dues must be cleared in 14 days before reporting date.  Bounced cheque attracts a penalty of UGX 50,000.

11.       Transport:  The school provides transport, pupils are picked and dropped from/to points-of-ease-access and not homes, and transport fares depend on distance.
